Student Impact On Sustainability

Non-profit organizations play a crucial role in promoting sustainable development and creating a better future for communities. Sustainable development cannot be achieved without the active participation of non-profit organizations. These organizations have been instrumental in advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Part of the shared learning work we promote and facilitate is dedicated to our Student Learning Program. A group of talented young women from around the world take part in our Student Learning Program choosing to contribute to society, advocate for sustainability and make a positive impact on the world community. While gaining new experience and developing
new skills they bring their unique perspectives, capabilities and energy to the table.

Importance Of Social Media Communication

Social media has the power to reach audiences of all ages around the world. One of the ways we share sustainability knowledge, shaping peoples’ environmental and social attitudes, is through visual communication.

Our aim is to help viewers connect with sustainable topics that are relevant to our lives prompting concrete actions to achieve sustainability.

Connecting With The SDGs
& United Nations World Days

International Days are proclaimed by the United Nations and by UN specialized agencies. They are powerful advocacy tools dedicated to showcase the aims of the 17 SDGs by promoting international awareness and action on these issues.

Each international day gives us the opportunity to share valuable information on sustainability with our communities and create a cultural conversation about issues of concern as well as contribute to plausible short and medium-term solutions.

Most importantly, governments, the public and private sectors, schools, universities and, more generally, citizens, make international days a springboard for awareness-raising actions.

International days also celebrate community achievements, from the vital role women play in society, to scientific contributions transforming countless lives, to how arts and culture can drive social change.
